Nikhil Ranka – Transformation Story

It’s the story of 37 year old Nikhil Ranka, who got completely transformed in last 3-4 years due to regular cycling.

Here is what he has to say, “ABOUT 5 YEARS BACK I HAD SEVERE BACK PAIN/SCIATICA PAIN. SO, I THOUGHT OF LOSING SOME WEIGHT. THEN 1 FINE DAY 29-MARCH 2018 I GOT A BICYLE FIRE FOX NUKE 29. THEN I STARTED CYCLING SAY ABOUT 10 KMS A DAY. THEN GRADUALLY INCREASED RIDING TIME AND KMS. NOW ALMOST EACH DAY I RIDE ABOUT 30-40 KM AND ON SUNDAY’S ITS MIN. 100 KM RIDE. IN A MONTH I RIDE ABOUT 800 TO 1,000 KM. LOST ABOUT 11 KG FROM CYCLING.

TILL DATE I HAVE DONE ABOUT

20,000 KMS. AND NOW I BELIEVE I HAVE TO COVER MANY MORE KMS.

39 CENTURY RIDES I.E. 100 KM IN A DAY (WITHIN 6 HRS)

3 RIDES OF 200+ KM IN A DAY

UDAIPUR – RANAKPUR RIDE (APPROX 120 KM)
